The Academy platform, original lessons, questions, videos and design are owned by BAMS or its licensors and are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use, as described in the Terms of Service.

Content you or a teacher upload

Teachers and parents who upload material must have the right to do so. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Academy infringes your copyright, email us with the work you own, where the material appears on Academy, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We will review it and remove material where appropriate.

Trademarks

Names and logos of third-party tests and organisations mentioned on Academy belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
